Botox is a substance that is injected into the patient. It is very popular in its use to reduce lines on the forehead and areas around the eye. Also when botox is used for cosmetic purposes the toxin is diluted and purified before it is administered.

How Long Does It Last

Botox cosmetic enhancing effects last for three to six months. It is a good alternative for people that want to change their appearance without wishing to undergo cosmetic surgery for longer lasting effects.
