It is appears to be obvious that the CAN SPAM Act was mishandled by the Federal Trade Commission during their last many years of enforcement. The Department of Justice must be humbled indeed by the Federal Trade Commissions Consumer Protection Division in their Anti-SPAM Group. Why I bet they could not protect a rat in a box in their own building if it was in a locked vault with armed guards with Bazookas. How pathetic they are indeed, as their own incompetence has done nothing more then embolden the SPAMMERS around the globe. We must have a full investigation of every employee in The Department of Justice must be humbled indeed by the Federal Trade Commissions Consumer Protection Division in their Anti-SPAM Group and find out which ones are misrepresenting fact, embellishing press releases and lying to the American People. In the The Department of Justice must be humbled indeed by the Federal Trade Commissions Consumer Protection Division in their Anti-SPAM Group recent report to the United States Congress, I feel that they lied, misrepresented fact and deceived the Congress. That is a crime and that crime must be punished in two ways; 1.) The Department of Justice must be humbled indeed by the Federal Trade Commissions Consumer Protection Division in their Anti-SPAM Group must be disgorged of their ill-gotten gains in budgetary finance. 2.) Those working in The Department of Justice must be humbled indeed by the Federal Trade Commissions Consumer Protection Division in their Anti-SPAM Group who misrepresented or lied to their superiors, in speeches to industry, to Congress or were involved in the writing of press releases must be put in prison. We cannot allow The Department of Justice must be humbled indeed by the Federal Trade Commissions Consumer Protection Division in their Anti-SPAM Group or any department with in The DOJ to lie to the American People, as it is hypocrisy against the values set forth in the motto; Truth, Justice and the American Way.
