A simple look at the five senses and how they are all doing the same thing sensing vibration.

Just take a few seconds to think about the five senses of the human body: the sense of Sight, Hearing, Touch, Taste and Smell. You may be aware that all these senses are all sensing the same thing vibration.

Sight - Take you sight for instance is sensing the frequency of vibration of the light waves we see.
Hearing - Your ears hear the sound waves.
Touch - When you touch something and it feels cold it just means that the energy or the vibration within the molecules is vibrating at a lower frequency to those of your body. If you heat up what you are touching by adding more energy or increasing the vibration, what you touch starts to feel hot.
Taste - there are six qualities to taste: sweet, sour, pungent, bitter, salty and astringent. But these are all just giving different quality of vibration in the molecules of the food we put in our mouth.
Smell your nose is a sensor to measure the vibration of the molecules suspended in the air that we breathe.

Know that we are a spiritual angel that is looking through this physical body; our senses are our physical connection with the field of energy in which we live.

You may say that there is more to life than just energy. What about the love I feel? Yes you are right you are more than your five senses, these are just how you keep in touch with the world around you. Love is a quality that is quite difficult to define. People sometimes refer to the magnetic attraction between two people, but is not magnetism not just a side effect of consciousness. You could say that our thoughts are the flow of energy as can be measured by an EEG machine and our consciousness is the field of energy, like that of a magnet. Love and charisma are quite often referred to in magnetic terms.

I have been focusing on personal development for the last 32 years. This has involved the study of Yoga and Meditation and turning the attention in on itself.
